The Objects of BAA are;
  1. To serve as a forum for exchange of views and to attend to needs among the alumni.
  2. To establish and maintain a link with the alumni.
  3. To encourage, foster and promote close relations between the alumni themselves and their almer maters.
  4. To arrange events and activities of varying kind that facilitate connection and networks among the alumni.
  5. To communicate up-to-date information to members regards the Indo­Kenya relationship.
  6. To provide professional and personal opportunities to members.
  7. To generally carry out such other powers and functions as the Committee may deem necessary for the advancement of the objects of the Association objects.
  8. To assist members to:

Benefit individually and collectively from the experience gained in India;
ii)      Create a network of informed citizens that can advise Indian and
Kenyan institutions on social, economic and education matters;
(iii)        Foster friendly relations between Kenya and India.
  1. The objects of the Association are non-political.
  2. To form branches, if need be, to cater for members in distant arrears or
    towns.
  3. To find fellow alumni wherever they may be and to keep them up-to-date with the latest reunions and other alumni events.


The Functions of BAA are;
  1. An organization to assemble the Indian alumni to positively implement the association's objectives in a professional and responsible way.
  2. An official organization to represent the Indian alumni inside and outside Kenya.
